If you have filled out FormFire in the past with a previous employer, you do not need to create a brand-new account with your new employer. You can easily transfer your information to your new employer. Please follow the steps outlined below.
This can be done by logging into your account and going to Account Settings at the top right of the screen.
If you do not remember your password, you can review online.
Within Account Settings, you will see a tab called Employee Transfer. You can enter in your Employer Code and click Transfer.
Please note: You will be logged out of your account. This is so that the new employer information can be added and replace your original employer's information.
You will log back in and see your new employer's name on your home page. This will complete the process of transferring your account.
