This article provides a walk-through instruction of the employee plan selection process.
Plan Selection Steps:
Log into your FormFire account and click the Get Started button.
Once in, you will click the Coverage Selection tab and review your Plan Selection information.
1) Click on each tab to enter the Plan Selection page for each line of coverage.
2) Click the [+] to view the details of each plan.
3) Check the box to compare plans.
4) Click Select this Plan to lock in your plan choice. You can also your total monthly cost on the right side of the page.
5) Click Next to progress to the next section of the interview.
Completed coverage tabs will be underlined in green.
Click Next to continue to the next section of the FormFire interview.
When you reach the Review & Sign section, you will be able to review your Information Summary. To see a summarized list of your Plan Selection details, simply scroll down the page.
At this point, you can continue and sign your form.
