When creating a new group, you may find that the client's Tax ID number you entered is already in use. If that's the case, don't panic.
There's a few steps to take:
1. Make sure the Tax ID number was entered correctly. This may seem like an obvious step, but often times it's just that simple.
2. Initiate a Broker Transfer. The group may already exist in FormFire under a different book of business. You can transfer the group, so you don't have to start over.
