What accounts fall under the Unassigned User category on an invoice?
An Unassigned User is an employee account (EEA) that was removed from a group by the Terminate function. These accounts can be found by clicking on the Individuals link in the Broker Portal. These accounts are still tied to the agency's FormFire account and the broker still has access to the data.
Why would you still want access to these employee accounts?
There are several reasons why you would still want access to these accounts. Three popular uses of this category are:

2. Seasonal employees who may need to be quickly moved back to a group
