FormFire's Generate Census tool allows you to create an Excel file containing client demographic data. We have 4 categories of censuses: FormFire Census, Quote Census, Enrollment Census and Custom Census.
Generate a Census:
From your Client Dashboard, click on the orange context menu box for your client and select Generate Census.
After selecting Generate Census, select a census type from the drop-down menu. There are four census types to choose from: FormFire, Quote, Enrollment, and Custom.
The FormFire, Quote, and Enrollment census types allow you to choose from various pre-made censuses. For a complete list of the censuses we have on our site for these three options, please view Carrier Census Catalog (Carrier Census Exports).
Select the Census Type from the drop-down menu.
Then, select the desired census and click Download Census. This will create your selected census in an Excel file.
However, if you would like to create your own census, click Custom Census from the drop-down menu instead. You can then select from the demographic data that FormFire collects to generate a one of a kind census for your records.
In Custom Census, click the boxes next to the data fields you wish to appear on the census or you can choose to select all the options.
Next, click Generate Custom Census. This will create your one of a kind census in an Excel file.
