FormFire FES provides Brokers with the ability to review and edit any Employer in their book of business.
To begin, start from Employer Listings. Then, find the Employer in question and select the Edit or pencil icon under the Action Menu.
Then the Employer Hub for the Employer will appear.
Select the links below to learn more about options in the Employer Hub.
Employer
Selecting Employer will allow you to review the Employer Info page. Remember that required items on this page will be underlined in red.
You can add more information such as Tax ID, Contact Name, Notes & more if you choose to do so.
If you do add, change or edit information on this page, be sure to select Update in order for that information to save in FormFire FES.
Proposals
Selecting Proposals takes you to the Proposals page for this specific Employer. You can see any and all prior proposals that were created for them here.
You also can:
- Select Initiate Proposal to start a new proposal for this Employer
- Select Edit (Pencil icon) to edit information on a specific proposal for this Employer
- Select Close to close a specific proposal for this Employer

Effective Dates
Selecting Effective Dates allows you to see the current effective dates associated this Employer on specific proposals.
You can add new or edit existing effective dates for this Employer to use on future proposals.
Account Team
Selecting Account Team allows you to add Brokers from your Agency to a specific Employer.
You can select who would be the Primary Broker for this Employer and who from your Agency would receive notifications regarding any activity.
The person noted as the the Primary Broker in FormFire FES would be considered the Agent of Record.
Employees
Selecting Employees shows you the list of current Employees for this specific Employer.
Take a moment to review the Employees and dependents. If you need to add any new Employees or dependents, do so at this time. Make sure to select Save when complete.

Deactivate
Selecting Deactivate would allow you to deactivate or remove a specific Employer from FormFire FES.
This option should only be used when your Agency is no longer doing any sort of business with this Employer or if they've moved away from the FormFire FES process.
