When you log into your account, you'll see the Navigation Menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
This menu allows you to access specific areas of FormFire FES by selecting on the page name, such as Proposals and Employers.
You also can minimize the menu by selecting the white arrow within the orange bar at the bottom left of your screen.
You can access your Broker Profile at any time by selecting your name on the top right-hand side of your screen.
There are 3 sections to the Broker Profile. To learn more about each section, select the links below:
Primary Details
In Primary Details, you can view your username, email address and phone number that are associated to your account. A Recovery Email and Mobile number should be added so that it can be used in the event you need to reset your password or recover your username.
FormFire FES also offers the ability to add an extra layer of protection to your account with 2 Factor Verification.
If you need to update any information in this section, make sure to select Save.
Broker Signature
In Broker Signature, you can add your signature to your account. This allows FormFire FES to map your signature to any application that requires an Agency of Record's signature.
You can either Draw or Type your signature by selecting the button on the screen.
Regardless of which signature option you choose, your signature will be visible in this section and can be updated at any time. Make sure to select Save after you sign to add the signature to your account.
Security Settings
Lastly, you can update your password within your account. To do this, enter in the current password associated with your account and then the new password you'd like to use going forward.
You're then asked to enter this new password a second time to confirm it and to follow the instructions below:
- Should have minimum 8 and maximum 128 characters.
- Should have at least 1 number and 1 special character.
- Should have at least 1 lowercase and 1 uppercase letter.
When you've met the requirements, select Save for the new password to go into effect.
