Proposal Listing provides Agency Admins and Brokers an area to view all proposals for Employers under your Agency that you’ve added into FormFire FES.
Start by selecting Proposals from the Navigation Menu.
In the center of the screen, proposals are listed by:
- Proposal Name
- Employer Name
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone
- Effective Date (MM-DD-YYYY)
- Modified Date (MM-DD-YYYY)
You can search for a specific Employer as well as search for effective date ranges.
When you see an Action menu, you can select on the icons or text below to see additional pages available for that specific proposal.
On Proposal Listings, these actions include:
- Edit (Pencil icon): Allows you to edit information on that specific proposal.
- Close: Allows you to close that specific proposal.
