How to sign up for Aetna's IMQ Elite Concierge Service

With the Digital IMQ Portal, powered by FormFire, you can collect and submit digital IMQs for Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA) – for free. You can also populate any Carrier IMQ form without the full subscription cost of FormFire.

Try out IMQ Elite and the concierge team will send out, collect and submit Aetna IMQs for you. For free! Just send an email with a completed request form and member level census to AFAHealthAppSupport@aetna.com.

Once all IMQs are completed, the next move is yours. Quote AFA at no cost. Or quote other Carriers at a small per employee submission fee. If you end up selling AFA, we’ll refund the cost to quote other Carriers for that Group. It’s really a win-win.
