FormFire Fixes and Improvements
FormFire works hard to ensure that our users can both efficiently and effectively utilize our system. Let’s look at the fixes and improvements that our team implemented in this release.
For Brokers
- FormFire is aware of an issue where transplants and surgeries were being mapped on Employee applications multiple times for different questions. This has been corrected. Going forward, FormFire will only map transplants and surgeries once on an Employee’s application.
- FormFire is also aware of an issue regarding STD and LTD coverage amounts being not displaying properly on the Plan Selection Report for hourly employees. This has been corrected and the amount will now transfer from FormFire to the report without issue.
- FormFire has also made an improvement to our existing Plan Selection Report. This report will now include each Employee’s salary information. As a reminder, salary information is added to an Employee’s account by the designated HR Manager at each company. If an Employees’ salary is not mapping, please make sure that the company’s HR Manager follows the steps outline here to add the information.
For HR Managers and Employees
- Our team has made the HbA1c requirement optional when adding a Diabetes condition. While this can still be added, an HbA1c reading is not a requirement when adding a Diabetes condition to your account.
