This release updated Workflow Options so you can more uniquely segment the Workflow periods: Prescreen, Plan Selection, and Qualifying Life Events (QLE). It also updated Broker, Employer, and Employee screens to make Workflow progress more visible.

Brokers
Client Details
Before this release, the Client Details page had one set of open and close dates for both Prescreen and Plan Selection Workflow periods. This was confusing because Prescreen and Plan Selection occur at separate times, and there was no way for you to segment them in the Workflow.

This release added a second set of open and close dates specifically for Plan Selection. These changes allow you to define the Plan Selection and QLE Workflow periods separately from Prescreen.

Additional changes:
- The toggle button that manually activated the Plan Selection Workflow period was removed because Plan Selection will start automatically when today’s date is greater than or equal to the Plan Selection Open Date.
- Workflow Options were added for all Workflow periods (Prescreen, Plan Selection, and QLE). You may customize the Workflow Options for each Workflow period as you see fit. For a consistent MHQ experience, we recommend using the same Workflow Options across all Workflow periods.
Client List
To improve visibility into the Group’s Workflow progress, the Client List page was updated to display different Workflow statuses based on the Group’s overall completion of the MHQ. This feature is shown in an existing ‘Status’ column of the Client List page.

MHQ (Medical Health Questionnaire)
MHQ reporting was updated to align with the new Workflow configurations, but the appearance and flow of the MHQ did not change and will continue to work the same as before.
Employers
HR Landing Page
The Workflow status was updated to indicate when Enrollment (Prescreen) is open/closed and when Plan Selection is open/closed.

The Employee Landing Page was updated to show the Group’s Workflow status and instructions to help Employees understand the expectations and requirements of each Workflow period (Prescreen, Plan Selection, QLE).

Signature Notification Emails
If MHQ is required, Employees are expected to sign their application twice: once during the Enrollment (i.e., Prescreen) and once during Plan Selection. Each time, the Employee receives a confirmation email.
To give Employees more context, these confirmation emails were updated to specify the Workflow period for each signature.
