FormFire Release Notes June 21, 2022

This release, which went live on June 21, 2022, contains updates to our Carrier Census catalog and updates to the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA) Benefit Plan. Let’s take a deeper dive!

Available Carrier Censuses & Updates

The ability to auto populate censuses are an important feature of FormFire as they allow Brokers to quickly submit quote or sold group information to Carriers. Our team works to make sure that your Employer Group’s data maps accurately based on a Carrier’s specific census needs.

In this release, the following censuses have either added to, have been revised or have been fixed in our Carrier Census catalog:

• Mutual of Omaha Enrollment Census (Added)
• Sidecar Health Quote Census (Added)
• UHC SAMx Census (Revision 3-29-2022)
• Anthem Enrollment Census (ACA, MEWA 51+ (Fixed)

Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance Benefit Plan Updates

FormFire works hard to ensure that our users can both efficiently and effectively utilize our system. Let’s look at the updates that our team implemented in this release for the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA) Benefit Plan.

For Brokers

• Our team has removed 2 items related to the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA) Benefit Plan. These have been removed at the request of both the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA) Benefit Plan and Anthem. The items removed from the Broker Portal were:
  1. The Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance Benefit Plan Prescreen Checklist and Sold Group Checklist from our Send Forms page.
  2. The Download Census Reconciliation Form button from our Manage Documents page.

For HR Managers

• Our team has removed 1 item related to the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA) Benefit Plan. This was removed at the request of both the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA) Benefit Plan and Anthem. The item removed from the HR Dashboard was:
  
  1. The Download Census Reconciliation Form button from our Manage Documents page.
