Anthem for SOCA Benefit Plan
FormFire works hard to ensure that our users can both efficiently and effectively utilize our system. Let’s look at the fixes and improvements that our team implemented in this release for the Anthem for SOCA Benefit Plan.
For Brokers
- In our May 11th release, FormFire created 5 new File Types for submissions per the request of Anthem as they are requiring that documents submitted for the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA) Benefit Plan be represented by the correct File Type. Since then, our Development team and Anthem have decided to remove the Account Structure as an option, as this will not be a required document type for submissions.
FormFire Fixes and Improvements
FormFire works hard to ensure that our users can both efficiently and effectively utilize our system. Let’s look at the fixes and improvements that our team implemented in this release.
For Brokers
- Our team is aware that email addresses, where the top-level domain is missing, are not being validated before a user adds it into the system. This has been corrected and all email address will be validated going forward.
For Carriers
- Our team became aware that some Carriers were unable to open, and access documents sent through the Send Forms process. This was due to items related to our encryption process for sending items securely online. This has been corrected and Carriers shouldn’t have issues accessing our documents going forward.
For Employees
- Our team is aware that some Employees were having issues printing out their account Summary pages after plans have been selected. While Employees were able to view the Summary page without issue, they could not print the page for their records. This has been corrected and Employees shouldn’t have issues printing this page going forward.
