This release, which went live on December 7, 2021, contains updates to our list of available Carrier censuses and Anthem for SOCA Benefit Plan as well as other system improvements. Let’s take a deeper dive!
Available Carrier Censuses & Updates
The ability to auto populate censuses are an important feature of FormFire as they allow Brokers to quickly submit quote or sold group information to Carriers. Our team works to make sure that your Employer Group’s data maps accurately based on a Carrier’s specific census needs.
In this release, the following census has been added to our Carrier Census catalog for you to use:
- EyeMed Vision Open Enrollment Census (Added)

The following Census will be auto attached to UHC Ohio MEWA Sold Group submissions
- UHC Prime Enrollment Census
The following Censuses will be auto attached to All Savers Prescreen and Sold Group submissions
- UHC GRX Census
- UHC Prime Enrollment Census
Anthem FOA API
FormFire works hard to ensure that our users can both efficiently and effectively utilize our system. Let’s look at the fixes and improvements that our team implemented for the Anthem for SOCA Benefit Plan in this release.
- Our team is aware that some Brokers were experiencing issues sending submissions to the Anthem for SOCA Benefit Plan. This was due to missing email addresses for the Broker in FormFire. This has been corrected. Going forward, all Broker and General Agency Admin accounts will be required to have an email address in their FormFire accounts.
FormFire Fixes and Improvements
FormFire works hard to ensure that our users can both efficiently and effectively utilize our system. Let’s look at the fix and improvement that our team implemented in this release.
For Brokers
- Our team is aware that some Brokers were experiencing issues sending submissions. This was due to missing email addresses for the Broker in FormFire. This has been corrected. Going forward, all Broker and General Agency Admin accounts will be required to have an email address in their FormFire accounts.
For Brokers & HR Managers
- Our Plan Selection Reports will receive an update. Going forward, all Plan Selection Reports will now format as XLSX Excel files.
For HR Managers
- Our team is aware that some HR Managers were having issues removing an Employee from the HR Dashboard. This has been corrected. Going forward, HR Managers who need to remove an Employee from their company will not have any issues.
For All Users
- Our team has updated part of the Add Medications process. Going forward, the Dosage Frequency will have a maximum limit of 255.
