FormFire allows you to assign an HR Manager for groups with your agency. All groups should have an HR Manager selected. Please note that an employer may have more than one HR Manager. Each HR Manager will have the same level of access. Please review the Understanding Account User Types article for more information on levels of access.
On your Client Dashboard, find your group and choose Employee List from the orange context menu.
Select the user that you would like to assign the status of HR Manager and click Toggle HR Manager.
When successfully assigned, a gray check mark will appear in the HR column.
At this point, your newly assigned HR Manager will log into his or her account just as before via the Employee Interview with the same username and password that he or she created.
