Employee notification triggered for adding child age 26 or older

FormFire will notify Employees when they attempt to add a new dependent as a child whose Date of Birth was over 26 years ago in their accounts. 

This message only appears when an Employee selects Child from the Relationship to You drop-down menu and adds in a Date of Birth that is 26 years or older. 

Once both pieces of information are entered in FormFire, the message automatically appears alerting them to the potential conflicts involved and asking them to select Confirm to acknowledge that they have read and understood the eligibility requirements for adding a dependent age 26 or older.
