The Document Center allows both Brokers and HR Managers to store and share files securely within the FormFire system. Click here for instructions on how to use the Document Center as an HR Manager.
On the Client Dashboard, select Manage Documents from the orange context menu.
This takes you to the Document Center.
Click the links below to view a specific topic:
Add Document
To add a document from your own computer, click the + Add Document button.
Browse your system upload any relevant documents needed for the Client. We have some preset categories or you can choose Other to include something that's not on the list. You can add things like Wage and Tax Statements, Prior Carrier Invoices or anything that you may need to attach when sending a Prescreen or Sold Group for enrollment.
Checking the box making it Visible to Employees will put the file in the Benefits Document section when the Employee logs into FormFire as well as the Review Documents page.
Checking the box making it Visible to HR will put the file in the HR Manager's Document Center.
However, if the document you're loading is for the Carrier's eyes only, leave both the Visible to Employees and Visible to HR boxes blank.
Then, you can click the blue Add button to add the document to the Document Center.
Request Document
If you're missing a document and need it to be provided by the HR Manager, you can initiate a request by clicking Request Document button.
Select the File Type, add a quick note regarding the item you need the HR Manager to upload and click the blue Save button. This adds the request to the HR Manager's Document Center.
View Log, Download & Delete
Brokers always have the ability to manage the files in the Document Center, just by clicking the orange context menu.
For documents that you or the HR Manager upload:
- View Log: contains a history who has viewed a selected file and when
- Download: save the document to your computer
- Delete Document: permanently delete the document from the Document Center
If you no longer need the requested document from the HR Manager, click Delete Request.
