How to locate an Employer Code as an HR Manager

The Employer Code a unique identifier for each company listed in FormFire. It's needed for Employees and benefit administrators to create a FormFire account.

There are 2 ways to access this information. The first is to contact your company's Insurance Broker directly and they can email you the information directly. 

The second is from your HR Dashboard. You can find the Employer Code at the top of the page in the Welcome Back section next to your company's name.
