Brokers can make it a requirement for Employees to enter their Total Household Income (THI) in FormFire.
Turning on Total Household Income for a Client
Start from the Client Dashboard. Select the orange context menu for the Client in question and select Client Details.
On the Client Details page, scroll down until you see Workflow Options. In the Prescreen column, check the box by Require Employee Total Household Income to require this information from all Employees.
Save your changes to make the information required on the Employee Interview.
Adding Total Household Income in the Employee Interview
Once logged into the account, the Employee will go to the FormFire Profile page. On the Personal Information section, the Employee will see that Total Household Income appears between Gender and Marital Status.
Viewing Total Household Income for a Client
Brokers can access Total Household Income data by generating a Custom Census. From the orange context menu next to the Client name, select Generate Census.
First, select Custom Census as the census type. Then, select Total Household Income under Employer Info.
Lastly, scroll down and select Generate Custom Census.
