FormFire Release Notes February 25, 2026

This release includes improvements to the FormFire HR experience, Employee account creation process, and several fixes affecting employee accounts, forms, and reporting.

Account Security

• Password reuse prevention added - Employees and Brokers can no longer reuse previously used passwords when resetting or changing their account password.

HR Dashboard and Employee Account Creation

• HR Dashboard and employee signup pages updated - Several HR Dashboard and Employee account setup pages were upgraded with newer interface components to replace older system technology and meet updated security requirements.

Fixed

Census Automation

• Waive reasons not populating from FormFire - Corrected an issue where waive reasons for certain coverage lines were not populating when census data was downloaded from FormFire.

Data Enhancements

• Postal data source updated - Updated ZIP and county data handling to improve accuracy and consistency for product availability across all states.

Documents and Communications

• Employer Communication letters not sending consistently - Some Employer Communication letters failed to send due to missing stored Employer data. This issue has been resolved so letters are delivered reliably.

Employer Communications

• Employer Communication letters not sending consistently - Corrected an issue that prevented certain Employer Communication letters from being delivered.

Employee Enrollment

• Benefits tab appearing during QLE - Corrected an issue where the Benefits tab appeared for Employees during QLE enrollments with past effective dates when the setting to display plan selections was disabled.
• Employees unable to waive coverage or select plans during QLE - Corrected an issue that prevented Employees from waiving coverage or selecting a plan during the QLE period.

Employee Portal

• MHQ interview access error - Corrected an issue that prevented Employees from entering their Medical Health Questionnaire (MHQ) interview in certain scenarios.
• Medical claims question selection issue - Corrected an issue where the "No" option for the medical claims question on the Treatment Details page did not register on the first selection.

Notifications

• QLE download link routing issue - Corrected an issue where users were redirected to the Employee landing page instead of the download page after logging in from a QLE notification.

Reporting

• Coverage amount not populating on Plan Selection Report - Corrected an issue where coverage amounts selected using the life plan slider were not appearing on the Plan Selection Report.
• Employee plan cost displaying incorrect message - Corrected an issue where the Employee Summary page displayed "contact HR for pricing" instead of the plan cost.
