FormFire Release Notes April 23, 2026

This release improves system reliability, prevents common enrollment issues, and enhances the overall experience for Brokers and Employees.

Census automation: Option to show only last 4 digits of SSN
- Added a new setting called "Show Last 4 Only".
- When enabled, only the last four digits of the SSN are displayed.
- When disabled, the full SSN is shown.
- Helps improve data privacy while maintaining identification.
Aetna AFA medical portfolio update (Effective 09/01/2026)
- Updated Aetna AFA medical portfolio with new rates effective September 1, 2026.
- Brokers can now quote and build proposals using the latest pricing.

Prevent overlapping enrollment dates
- Quote+ no longer allows the Prescreen Close Date and Plan Selection Open Date to be the same.
- Ensures employees complete required medical questions before selecting plans.

Only completed forms sent with QLE notifications - Incomplete forms are no longer included in QLE notification emails; only fully signed forms are sent.
Deleting a product no longer removes all Employee elections - Removing a product now only removes that product and no longer deletes other employee benefit selections.
Enrollment date validation issue - Added validation to prevent overlapping setup dates that could cause employees to skip required steps.

Census processing timeout resolved - Fixed an issue that caused census forms, including UHC Level Funded, to time out when sending.
Employee login loop issue resolved - Fixed an issue where some employees were redirected back to the login screen after attempting to log in.

Sign-Up Error After Account Creation - Fixed an issue where employees saw an error after account setup even though the account was successfully created.
