FormFire Release Notes February 17, 2021

This release, which went live on February 17, 2021, contains new Carrier censuses and other system improvements. Let’s take a deeper dive!

Available Carrier Censuses

The ability to auto populate censuses are an important feature of FormFire as they allow Brokers to quickly submit quote or sold group information to Carriers. Our team works to make sure that your Employer Group’s data maps accurately based on a Carrier’s specific census needs. In this release, the following censuses has been added to or updated in our Carrier Census catalog for you to use:

• Benefyx Quote Census
• All Savers PRIME Reporter Census

The following census will now be attached to all UHC submissions:

• UHC GRX Quote Census

FormFire Fixes and Improvements

FormFire works hard to ensure that our users can both efficiently and effectively utilize our system. Let’s look at the fixes and improvements that our team implemented in this release.

For Insurance Brokers

• You’ve asked and we delivered! All Carrier forms will contain an Employer Group’s pay period that was selected by you as the Broker in Client Details.

For HR Managers and Employees

• In January 2021, we previously made the most recent hba1c reading optional for Employees when they added the Diabetes condition to their account. However, some Carriers require this reading and submissions to those Carriers were failing. We have once again, required the most recent hba1c reading be entered by Employees. 

For all users

• When creating or updating your account’s password, you should create a password that is unique and secure. In this improvement, our system will require you to reset your password if it doesn’t meet our password requirements.
