FormFire Release Notes May 25, 2021

Anthem for SOCA Benefit Plan

FormFire works hard to ensure that our users can both efficiently and effectively utilize our system. Let’s look at the fixes and improvements that our team implemented in this release for the Anthem for SOCA Benefit Plan.

For HR Managers

• When a Group is offering Dental or Vision to their Employees, HR Managers will now be required to add the contribution requirements for those coverage lines for both Employees and Dependents on the Anthem for SOCA Benefit Plan Employer Application. To do this, make sure to check the box by either Dental or Vision and then add the contribution amounts in the corresponding text boxes.

For Brokers

• FormFire has provided Brokers the Form ID associated with any and all Forms available in FormFire. This will allow Brokers to search for a specific Form in the system and provide this ID number to our FormFire Forms team regarding any questions related to a specific form.
