How to add your National Producer Number (NPN) to your Broker account in FormFire

Some carriers, such as UnitedHealthcare (UHC), require a National Producer Number (NPN) to quote medically underwritten plans. To ensure you receive every possible quote, simply add your NPN in FormFire.

In addition, you must be licensed and appointed with UHC to quote their plans. Visit https://uhc.com/agents-brokers to learn more or get licensed.

From the Employee List

First, navigate to the Client Dashboard and select Employee List from the green menu next to your Agency's name.

Then, select Administer User from the green menu next to your name.

This takes you to your User Details page. Enter your National Producer Number (NPN) in the National Producer ID text box. Then, select Save.

From Account Setup

Go to the Account Profile menu in the top-right corner of the FormFire screen. This menu is accessible from any page.

On the Account Setup page, enter your National Producer Number (NPN).
