Brokers now have a new way to log into their accounts, along with a Broker specific way to reset their account passwords.
Starting from the Admin Portal, select the Password link.
Add your username when prompted and select Next to continue.
Next, select to receive a verification code either to the email address associated with your account or as a text message to the cell phone number associated with your account. Then select Start Verification.

Resetting By Email
If you select to receive this through email, you will be asked to enter in the email address associated with your account.
Once submitted, this screen will appear letting you know that your Password Reset request has been received and that you will receive a link via email shortly.
The email you receive from FormFire will look like this:
You’ll follow the instructions listed on the Set New Password page. Make sure to select Set Password to continue.
Now your new password has been set! Select Login to log back into your Broker account.
Resetting By Phone
If you select to receive this as a text message, you will be sent a 6 digit verification code to the phone number associated with your account. When entered, select Verify to continue.
You’ll follow the instructions listed on the Set New Password page. Make sure to select Set Password to continue.
Now your new password has been set! Select Login to log back into your Broker account.
