How to search for an Employee in FormFire

FormFire created the QuickNav tool to assist you in searching for a specific Employee, especially if you need to find a specific Employee fast. Start at the Admin menu on the left side of the page and select QuickNav.

On the screen you can search for the Employee by either:

• The Employee’s last name
• The Employee’s username
• The last 4 digits of the Employee’s SSN
• The Employee’s User ID

Regardless of which option you use, the Employees are listed by their name and the Employer they’re associated with in your book of business.

When you find the Employee you need to assist, select the orange context menu.

From this menu you can:

• View their Employee Summary
• Preview forms for just this Employee
• Reset this Employee’s password or
• Access the Administer User page
