This enhancement went live on Monday, April 25, 2022.
Brokers now have a new way to log into their accounts, along with a Broker specific way to recover their usernames.
Starting from the Admin Portal, select the Username link.
Add the email address that's associated with your Broker account and select Submit.
NOTE: To recover your username, you MUST put the email address that's associated with your FormFire account!
Once submitted, this screen will appear letting you know that your Username request has been received and that you will receive a link via email shortly.
NOTE: Your username will come from a No-Reply email address. Please check your Spam or Junk mail folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox within 10 minutes.

Select the link and your username will appear in a new browser. Make sure to copy this information and select Login to access your account.
