FormFire offers Brokers the ability to add an extra layer of protection to your account with 2-Step Verification. With 2-Step Verification, you'll protect your account with something you know (your password) and something you have (your phone or email).

Turn On 2-Step Verification
To turn on 2-Step Verification, first log into your Broker account. From the Client Dashboard, click your name on the top right-hand side of the screen and select Account Setup.
Head to the Mobile text box. Add your cellphone number and select Verify.
Enter the 6 digit verification code that you receive & select Save.
Then, under Security Settings, add a checkmark by Two-Factor Authentication
Review this pop-up message and select Yes. FormFire also recommends selecting the Save button in your Account Setup page as well.
Logging in with 2-Step Verification
Start from the Broker Login page and add your Username and Password as usual.
Then you will be sent a 6 digit verification code to the phone number associated with your account.
If you don't receive the code in 10 minutes, please select the Switch to email option. The email you receive from FormFire will look like this:
And then you will be logged into your account!
Turn Off 2-Step Verification
To turn off 2-Step Verification, first log into your Broker account. From the Client Dashboard, click your name on the top right-hand side of the screen and select Account Setup.
Then, under Security Settings, remove the checkmark by Two-Factor Authentication
Review this pop-up message and select Yes. FormFire also recommends selecting the Save button in your Account Setup page as well.
