FormFire provides ways for Brokers to be notified about any updates or changes that occur within their Agency's book of business. Notifications could be about Qualifying Life Events (QLEs), when a Client completes enrollment, etc. On the Notification History page, Brokers can view all notifications that were sent out from FormFire for specific Employees.
On the FormFire Admin menu on the left-hand side, select Notification History.
This takes you to the Employee Notification History page, where you can view a log of all notifications that were sent via email.
To see a specific Employee's notification, select the Employee and click on the line. The information will populate in a pop up screen on the right-hand side.
