Brokers can edit Employee accounts to make corrections if the data was imputed incorrectly and it is inhibiting the Broker's ability to process Client items.
NOTE: Brokers MUST obtain permission directly from the Employee before accessing the Employee's account!
On the Client Dashboard, select Employee List from the orange context menu next to your desired Client.
You'll be taken to a list of Employees within the Client. Click the orange context menu next to the desired Employee's name and select Login as Selected User:
You'll then receive the following legal notice and be notified that all changes made while under the Employee account will be logged.
Click I Agree. From that point, you'll be transitioned into the selected Employee account. The Employee will receive an email notification that their FormFire account has been accessed.
