What is an Unassigned User?
An Unassigned User is an employee account that was removed from a client by the Remove function. These accounts can be found by clicking on the Individuals link in the Broker Portal. These accounts are still tied to the agency's FormFire account and the Broker still has access to the data.
Why would a Broker still want access to these employee accounts?
There are several reasons why a Broker would still want access to these accounts. Three popular uses of this category are:
- COBRA administration
- Seasonal employees who may need to be quickly moved back to a client
- Marketing opportunity for individual insurance plans
Brokers have control over what is in their agency's Individuals page and can delete an Unassigned User at any time.
NOTE: Deleting an Unassigned User from the Individuals page does not delete the account permanently from FormFire. An employee that would like to have his or her account deleted permanently must call 216-367-9730 to speak directly with our Client Support Team.
